Photography


Given the pristine high desert setting and stunning architecture, The Graham Residence can a compelling location for commercial photo shoots. The property does present several challenges for such photo shoots given the modest size of the house, the single bathroom, the narrow dirt road access, limited parking and the unique and delicate topography of the surrounding landscape.  However, photoshoots that are sensitively planned can be very successful. 

Based upon the total number of people who will be at the shoot, the following outlines the requirements:

1-6 People*
Standard house rental fees**

  • $750 location fee to cover rights to photograph property, general wear and tear and excess trash and recycling removal

  • $600 deposit (refundable if no damage caused or excessive cleaning required)

7-12 People*
Standard house rental fees**

  • $2,250 location fee to cover rights to photograph property, general wear and tear and excess trash and recycling removal

  • $1,000 deposit (refundable if no damage caused or excessive cleaning required)

  • No more than five vehicles on the property at any one time (includes any catering, grip or oversized vehicles)

  • Utilization of shuttling as needed, with excess vehicles parked on nearby Cobalt Road 


13-25 People*
Standard house rental fees**

  • $3,750 location fee to cover rights to photograph property, one portable toilet, on-site event coordinator, general wear and tear and excess trash and recycling removal

  • $1,500 deposit (refundable if no damage caused or excessive cleaning required)

  • No more than five vehicles on the property at any one time (includes any catering, grip or oversized vehicles and vehicle for on-site event coordinator)

  • Utilization of shuttling as needed, with excess vehicles parked on nearby Cobalt Road 


* No more than four people are permitted to stay overnight under any scenario. And no more than 25 people are permitted for any photoshoot. 

**If you are interested in only full days of shooting and not spending the night, any lost rental revenue from those nights will also be required.
